Most likely a prewar cine lens for motion pictures. Teh way it looks from around 1920 I'd say.

your experience really shows, and does its job Wink
i was searching for any info about this lens but i havent found any, BUT i found some info about the company who made it, RuO,
and it is really correct what you have thought, that company made mostly motion picture lenses since 1920-1932 and i found different info and pictures about other lenses but not of this particular one...
so its a really nice find i think... and thanks for the help.
do you think anyone will be interested in buying this lens? and if so whats price should i ask?

I went to check out a "lot" of lenses that some lady was selling, in there was a Komine made soligor 180 f3.5 that i bought together with this lens.

there was also a couple of non working pentax and ricoh camera's and a few takumar lenses 35mm 3.5 and 55mm f2... but she was asking for too much for me to take all of it, so i took this interesting lens with the soligor

Vintage lenses which made by 'unknown' manufactures usually has zero value , I try and sold/unsold many of them on behalf to my antique merchant friends.

To get any money, need to be mountable, well known manufacturers at least. Very fast , extra lenses can be only an exception.
