This is the last version of the Trioplan as there was a chromed brass preset version, the alu preset version and then this auto type.

So Attila could well be right.

I'm lucky enough to have all three.

What do you prefer from all free ? I prefer oldest pre-war brass lens.

Probably the brass one although mine is likely post-war as it's coated - is your pre-war one coated?

That said, the coating isn't as effective as modern ones as you'd expect so you get a bit more of that funky Trioplan glow.

I don't remember my lens somewhere in boxes so not much chance to get information. Mine is different than post-war alu lenses.
