I'm having issues, trying to adapt my Yashica 35/2.8 preset with the Pentamatic bayonet to... anything really, but for now NEX is my intention.
I found but didn't buy an extension tube set for a donor mount, but I really didn't want to carve up a nice set like that.

Do I have any other options? other than buying a donor Pentamatic.

Minolta MD adapter to Nex may work.

You may just need to do some work on the flanges on the Minolta adapter.

Whats the diameter across the lens mount, and across the flanges ?

I'll have to look when I get home on Sunday, I am using a modified Minolta rear cap on it, but caps typically don't have the same bayonet as the real mount.
