here is the foggy element, If its the cement then theres nothing to do, but if its something else than i should be able to clean it

BUT this freaking group is glued together and held in a plastic solid and sealed FRAME
i need some idea of what to do in this case i really want to repair this issue since its a full frame lens, and the obviously very wide.

well i made it... it is not pretty but the lens is usable again.
with the use of a saw and some pliers I was able to loosen and slightly separate the plastic frame and to take out the foggy glass element from the plastic assembly using tools from a phone disassemble kit.

well as I said it not very pretty but the element is sitting back in that plastic frame very tightly and good:

Cool Cool

Thanks! I just went all in, and said to myself hey if that fog will be uncleanable then the lens is useless anyway, at least for me, so instead of selling it for parts I did what you see there Razz Cool
and yeah im also glad it worked.
