Don't know If I remember as well I had AF-1 in past , this is far better camera.

I'm certain that it has little in common with the AF-1, beyond the sliding cover. The AF-1 was maybe more "waterproof" but in every other way it was hopelessly inferior. (Sorry, AF-1 owners!)
