It's a shift lens, Perspective Control.
perspective can also be adjusted in PP, but a shift lens feels different.

Would like to read about your comments, reviews, or just guide me to correct place/forums.
Strengths and weaknesses? wide open?

I have Pentax K28shift f3.5 and Olympus Zuiko35/2.8 shift.
