I'm disappointed in the folks at Walgreen's for putting a smear in the middle of these photos...Both negatives and prints. Seems the meter on this camera is spot on but the rangefinder patch will need some getting used to. The prints blow these digi photos away. A little over sharpened by me but I'm learning with the scanner... Laughing Laughing

Ouch you too - I had that happen once. It was strange, like I was seeing things until I figured it out.

I was so angry that it affected the way I scanned and processed these...They were ruined anyway and at a monetary cost too. I shot these with Kodak Gold for the retro look but the people that processed the film just ruined it and then charged me nearly $9.00 for the pleasure of owning them! I just put a roll of 400 Ultra Max there...maybe it is a one time thing...Shot the ultra Max with the Aires Viscount and no meter so the chances are good I ruined them anyway...But I had fun doing it! LOL

I first thought I was doing something wrong with the scanner so I cleaned it well then tried again...Then I tried scanning the prints themselves on my Kodak All In One and got the same results.. Told me it had been done when they developed it. I always give people a second chance and then will show them the error of their ways! They cannot do better if they do not know they are doing something wrong can they now...so this roll of film will tell me if the first was just an aberration or something that is being repeated with each roll of film they develop.
