i tried to find intresting angles of this abbandoned church, i find it challenging to take a pic of a "boring" subject, Vivitar 17/3.5

Far from boring to my eyes. They look great.
#1 and the last one looks best to me. The rest have distortions due to the super WA lens!

Thanx stingOM, yes the last one works best for me too, plus the second one...about the sistorsion, yes there is some, i didnt corrected in NX2 but the church walls are also not straight anymore, the roof is missing !

Looks like from New Mexico or something there. Great find and beautiful images.

Don't mean to criticize your lens. It is just that any subjects near the edges are likely to becomes distorted (stretched).

you can criticize my lens as much as you wish Very Happy , it has some barrell distorsion of course, i thought you also noticed the non parallel walls, just after i clicked "submit" i realized what you where talking about, "perspective distorsion" in a WA, i just didn t get it Rolling Eyes

I often find that abandoned buildings can be quite interesting photo objects.
You have a fine series here. I think I prefer #3

Nice work. That's the bad thing about ultra wide angles-barrel distortion.
