zeiss ikon 523/16 folder, hp5, weston master 5 metering, tmax 1+9, 13 minutes, 70F, handheld. (i've got to get a better 120 film holder.)

I prefer this series to the `natural squares' one. The compositions and subjects are much better.

thank you, Martin. i think it is clear to myself with this set that shooting nature is not a skill for me. i just do not "see" compositions like i do with these unnatural square shots, nor do i "see" light.

These simple compositions work well. The other set had a cluttered feel.
