Better known as the Hasselblad Xpan - Fuji made it, but only sold it under its own name in Japan, the global distributor was Hasselblad. The price of user Xpans isn't that outrageous either if you consider that they are somewhere between Leica M7 and Mamiya 7II, which both were/are pretty expensive new and used as well.

it´s not cheap for sure, but if you consider it´s size and weight is comparable to Leica M7 and as a plus it has ability to shoot panorama - I would say it´s great travel camera. also the build of body and lenses is pretty sturdy and reliable, optics is great and you may switch from normal 24x36mm frames to 24x65mm panorama during shooting. only con is speed of lenses - 45/4 or 30/5.6 is quite limited, and if you use BW film with colour filters I see bit problematic to shoot handheld.
