Hi, Carsten , nice scenery! I still can't get used with this format . I tried myself several shots ,but the results weren't on my taste.
I 've tried also to merge three panoramas one on top of the other in Microsoft ICE but I got no good results .

This is no surprise, since such a "NEX panorama" is shot dynamically, without tripod and I guess it is almost impossible to shoot matching dynmaic panorama images.

nicely done! this is really a feature i must have on my next dslr. i fancy not only beautiful panos like yours, but using it in a street context as well for a very different street perspective...looking to the nex7 maybe...

You mean like this one?

Or that one (an in my eyes unlucky experiment)?

Wink

yeah, kinda like that. i'm thinking something in the 120 degree FOV as opposed to 180 degree...more like FOV of the second, but subject matter of first.

Take a look on Tobias panorama guide, how can you make perfect panoramas handheld!

I know how to do that, Attila!

But it's a little different with the NEX.
The NEX automatically stitches images together, you know that.
And if you shoot, say, 3 panorama images, one on top of another one, you would need to start precisely at the same point in order not to lose too much.

Of course, it is possible - anything goes Wink - but not as easy as you might think.
