I bought a Super Takumar 50 1.4 (non-smc), a Vivitar 135 2.5, and today I bought a Carenar 35mm 2.8 for $3 at a local resale shop!!!
Here are some shots I just took with them. The only thing I did was resize them and uploaded to photobucket. No PP.
Here are the ones I purchases yesterday at a local camera store. A Super-Takumar 50 1.4 and the Vivitar 135 2.8. Both are scew mounts.
(these were adjusted in photoshop with auto colors)
This is the Carenar 35 2.8 that I purchased today at a local resale shop. Very nice find! Shot was taken with the Super Takumar.
This was taken with my Yashica 35mm at 2.8
Compared to the Carenar 35mm at 2.8
This was taken with my 50mm at 1.4
This was taken with the Vivitar 135mm at 2.8

Takumar is worth £80-100 _________________ My web site www.digital-darkroom.weebly.com
Life is like a camera. Focus on what's important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives and if things don't work out, just take another shot. |

I paid $50 for the Takumar. Pretty cheap considering the prices I've seen it going for. I will post some shots up once I get out and take some. It was raining today, so I didn't have a chance to go out and shoot. _________________ Gripped Canon 60D 18-135IS
