How did you get this classical grain in your pictures?

just good 'ol hp5, shot at 400, souped at 400 in d-76 1+1 at 72 degrees for less time than the standard 68 degrees at a longer time. warmer developer makes things a tad more grainy.

A good capture, but I'm surprised at the amount of grain going on as I also use HP5 and have developed in Rodinal with hardly noticeable grain when scaled to websize. Did you push the film?

no push. both shots were underexposed compared to the other shots (park in the heat of the day) on the roll, so in effect, they were pushed, i guess ...

These look great in B&W. 1/15-your hands are steadier than mine if you didn't use a tripod.
