Hi guys!

I was pretty unsure about my 300mm on my e600 after reading all those things about missing resolving power of the old lenses for those dense 4/3rds sensors and so on... and it came as a surprise how good my beaten down 300mm Ai-S Nikkor was and how nice it worked to focus with Liveview and such a long lens!

So here we are with the next of my lenses on my new body!

That's a long lens on your Oly! Nice samples.

Looks good. Too bad you didn't get all head in frame on second statue shot.

300mm lens still 300mm lens on 2x crop body and crop center part of image. Which is narrow like a 600mm lens on full frame body. Not harder to handle a 300mm lens on 2x crop body than on any other crop or full frame body.

@Attila: The handling issue was more about handling a big metal lens three times the weight of my new camera on my new camera, especially with the small grip of the e600!

I know that the angular velocity is determined by the focal length of a lens and not the sensor size it's used on! a 300mm always has the same angular velocity irrelevant how tiny the piece is you cut out!
