5Dc can produce the IQ, but the menu, LCD screen & constant dust drove me insane. I kept it for about 6 weeks and only used it for 4, before casting it aside. _________________ Casual attendance these days |

5D II snob!
OP: It's a great camera I tried a 5D II but it was too modern for me _________________ Graham - Moderator

Mine required multiple cleanings (about a dozen) to get sensor and mirror chamber dust free, but since then (almost three years!) a blower has been sufficient to remove any new dust. I change lenses a lot. _________________ ☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮ like attracts like! ☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮

I rarely use the menu, I am always in AV mode and just change iso with dedicated button
I check lcd screen only for histogram, I don't care colors as I shot raw
I collect lot of dust on my 5DII because I often use bellows, I clean it only once but I am not in a hurry, I never shot above f5.6 and dust is invisible for me _________________ T* |
