Excellent lens, many examples on this forum.
The PHs version is the photosnper with the lens moutned to a rifle stock. The stock can be removed and the lens used as normal.
This is mine, I bought it without a stock, just the lens.
I paid 35ukp for mine, that white one is in Pentacon 6 mount I think and the price of 150ukp seems a bit expensive to me, you should be able to find one for under 100ukp.

Usually the kit sells for about 70-100 Eur so this is expensive i guess.
