Gorgeous colours! Very well done. I have a problem with bees - catching them just right is very difficult.

When it's about bees, ants and other small fast moving critters, the approach/technique is different.
Tripod or other kind of support, cable release, prefocus, lure them with something and THE most important thing : a Kentucky bourbon, no ice please, thank you. Very Happy
Because you are going to wait a while.

While tripods, remote controls and prefocus sounds ideal-and I am certain the best images are achieved thus. I like to shoot freehand because a lot of this happens spontaneously for me.
I am no expert in Bees- and their fondness of whiskey.I'd rather drink the whiskey myself and shoot. Very Happy Very Happy

Very Happy Very Happy That really helps with the bob and weave style of shooting bees. Laughing
