Gorgeous colours! Very well done. I have a problem with bees - catching them just right is very difficult. |

When it's about bees, ants and other small fast moving critters, the approach/technique is different.
Tripod or other kind of support, cable release, prefocus, lure them with something and THE most important thing : a Kentucky bourbon, no ice please, thank you.
Because you are going to wait a while. _________________ Moderator Himself |

While tripods, remote controls and prefocus sounds ideal-and I am certain the best images are achieved thus. I like to shoot freehand because a lot of this happens spontaneously for me.
I am no expert in Bees- and their fondness of whiskey.I'd rather drink the whiskey myself and shoot. _________________ kathmandu

That really helps with the bob and weave style of shooting bees. _________________
