I found a new 2nd hand camera shop in my town a couple of days ago. The owner said he mostly sells on Yahoo auctions now though. I had a look through his most recent stock that he hadn't put up on Yahoo Auctions. He had a nice Nikon set up that came in the previous day. I grabbed the Ais 50/1.8 and the Ais 200/4. About 50 euro for the pair. There is a little dust in them but I don't worry about that anymore. I think he sold them cheaply because he didn't have to pay auction fees or delivery charges.
There were so many great lenses and cameras in this shop. I saw a Zeiss T* 85/1.4 and a 50/1.4 in a box on the floor! There was a Nikkor PC 35/2.8 in perfect condition as well. He also had cabinets full of old folding cameras in excellent condition. I had to get out before I spent my salary in a day!
