I do not know these places. Very Happy

The lens and camera are familiar. Very Happy

Anyway, the saturation of those colour is beyond my expectation.
But softness of images are due to 35mm scan? What d.p.i did you
choose to scan this positives?

I down loaded that photo, couldn't figure it out why.

1) Did you use only F2.8? The lens is not too sharp at its wide open, but
you mush have used f8 or so everything seems in focus. (The lens may
not close even you set it to F8, might have a mechanical problem.)

2) Your scanner has focus problem for 135 format, since every area of
images are soft. Though you say the images on your screen are sharp.

I cannot think others, though I feel familiar with those soft images.
Used to get these images myself, but cannot remember why.
I became foggier year after year. Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

Yes, the lens does not impress here, save on a couple of photos; as Koji says it may be the scanner

I set to F8 , F11 so perhaps scanner I will scan another roll taken with other camera and let we see . Another possible reason infinity wasn't exactly at end I will check it out with Sony NEX .

Just maybe, you used EPson scanner soft with Strong Sharpness and/or
ICE option on. This ICE option on EPson soft is really bad one, everything
becomes fuzzier, basically it makes everything round.
