Stunning samples BD,You know there is no known cure for the Zeiss bug and it can mutate to other serious "wallet emptying" lens makers diseases... _________________ Moira, Moderator

yeap, quite natural for MF shooters. After Jenas, next phase is Contax and perhaps Leicas.

It has taken some time and conniving to get here. My wife never suspected why I was buying so many Vivitar lenses and she is so happy to have the 160+ Vivitars no longer taking up space!! LOL _________________ Big Dawg |

Contax possibly if they fit my Pentax cameras but more than likely FA* lenses. I would love a 250-600mm f/5.6 FA* but I still do not have the $5,000+ needed!! _________________ Big Dawg |

Coming from Kodak Digital cameras I have been looking for lenses that give me the same colors as the Schneider-Kreuznach lenses of the Kodaks. The Zeiss seem to be doing that for me. _________________ Big Dawg |

I tend to agree from the research I've done so far. I believe my quest for lens IQ is now at an end. Course I do keep an open mind on the subject. And I'm still looking at CZJ 200mm f/2.8 Red MC's. Just more than I wish to pay right now. _________________ Big Dawg |
