Modern Photography ran a regular column "The Camera Collector" by Jason Schneider. I think some of the articles were collected in books later... Anyway, here's an article I found interesting, from November 1978:

Never seen one of those in the UK, looks like an interesting tank of a camera.

Brings back memories this does !

Back then (1970's) I was a huge fan of Jason Schneider. I hunted for all the Modern Photo issues and turned to him first.
Keppler afterwards.

His books are great - but I would love to have copies of all the articles that didn't make it into them. He did somme truly wonderful writing.
