Hi All,
Those are some test pictures from an very old and very ugly looking Canon FL 1.2/55 (Thanks Suat!) with Nex-3.
In general it has a wonderful sharpness from 1.2, Nice bokeh, doesn't glow too much, not bad lens at all.
In comparison with Minolta Auto Rokkor PF 1.4/58 - it is lot more sharp wide open, Minolta on the other hand has better colors.
Samples are resized to 1600.
Please click on them to get them in full size.
Thanks for looking

I have one of these FL 55/1.2's also. Mine's not quite so beat up, but it does show some wear. The glass is mint, though. I was actually quite surprised how sharp mine was the first time I tried it out with my DSLR. _________________ Michael

Thanks
I don't have many pictures taken with it - i have sent it for cleaning on the next day after i received it.
Will make some more tests with film and some on my new E-P2 when i get the adapter for it.
You get lots of circular highlights when it's open and you have something bright in the background.
This i have made intentionally B/W - the Nex had hard time getting the correct white balance (as always)
