With the P6 to P/K adapter this is very nice to use. Big and heavy though!! LOL

Nice Sonnar. Must be kind of noseheavy on a DSLR.

I have an identical Sonnar here that is waiting for new use. In early days i used it on a Kiev60 where it was a formidable portraitlens. I guess i will adapt it to fit to my Pentax.

Just need to buy a simple adapter and it will be fine, I do like this Sonnars on DSLR. I like to use them too on Pentax 645 that is my ideal new camera for them.

Nose heavy yes but much easier to hold steady than a small lens. The weight makes it more steady hand held. I shoot mostly without a tripod and I love big heavy lenses. I can shoot most big lens while holding them with one hand. Size does make a difference!! LOL

I'd like a 645D myself but the cost is waaay too high right now.

Why D ? Film... simple 645 is less than 200 USD and great camera really.

I've about given up on film simply because of the effort involved and added expense.
