Hi folks
The first SLR camera I ever owned was a Praktica Nova my dad gave me. I loved it but remember it being a very heavy beast of a thing that felt very solid. Eventually the body jammed and I was given an MTL5B to replace it.
Those cameras are long gone but when I saw this great condition Nova with a Tessar on it (the one I had as a kid had a Helios 44) and it's the zebra version which I like aesthetically.
I only paid 6.20ukp inc shipping and when you consider an original Praktica strap costs more than that usually, I think I got a bargain. Even if the camera is faulty, it's a clean example to have as a collectable and the Tessar will come in handy. I have a Domiplan I never use I can put on the body for display purposes...
