I love the grain in HP5 - I find it very hard to replicate in Photoshop!

i much prefer hp5 over ap 400/tri-x, now that i have used several rolls. it is so easy to flatten by reverse rolling for a few hours after drying. and i like the tonal range better.
hp5 is more expensive, but i think it worth the cost ...
