Tamron CT300: Dragonflies

Last days, i hunted for this libellulla depressa (Broad bodied chaser) with the Tamron CT300 on the Pentax K20d. For more detailed shots i will have to look for some suitable extention rings (Pentax K). The pictures show how this dragonfly sits on a high spot observing its territory and attacking anything that comes to close.

Fine series!
Like the last one best.
I think it's difficult to capture dragonflies on picture. They always seem to be moving.
