These pics make me wait even more impatiently for my Yashica ML 1.7/50. If all Yashica ML lenses are that good, I will get a little gem. Wink

Well after my bad experience with DSB lenses, I have bought a ML 135mm f2.8 for £10.......so well see the results.

ML 135mm has two version one with marked small red C in title means Cosina I had this one and pretty average lens, without C that edition is better significantly. I look forward your shoots.

Well received my ML 135mm f2.8 without "c" and serial number starts with "A" (if that means anything)...and initial impression for six shots on one roll of film:- It's just another 135mm lens and nothing special.
Unless I get improved shots on another roll of film I don't think it's worthy of being entered into the "the best of lenses" thread.

Well this lens was used on another roll of film and my overall impressions are:- With well known good zooms e.g. Tamron, you can get better or at least equal results compared to this Yashica lens, but a zoom lens is more versatile so I will not be using THIS 135mm lens.

Minimum focus of my copy of ML 135mm is not impressive, sharpened in Photoshop.
