Great set of images, sharp with Nikon colours. The 1st shows a fair amount of CA but that is an extreme condition.

Have you ever owned a pre AI 50? If so what is your impression of it?

Thanks Martin and yes I used to have a Nikkor SC 50/1.4, it wasn't as sharp as this one and had more CA... but very sharp from f2.8
