I bought my adapter from ebay seller JIAKGONG. Very nice quality. It fits properly with no slop. Like the listing says this is for macro only.
Well not quite. It's actually a little better then that. It's to windy to do much testing today, but with a 50mm lens maximum focus is roughly 12-16".
But if you shoot with a zoom, it gets better. 80-200 lens at 200mm you get roughly 6' maximum focus, maybe a little less. I will try to test tomorrow depending on weather conditions.
This is with my JC Penney 80-200 macro lens. Shot is wide open and hand held. Resized no PP.
