Kilfitt lenses are very good and generally very expensive.

Looks more like a 150mm Kilar to me.

This one has the reflex housing for Leica - it looks like one of the Kilfitt versions of the Visoflex.

That might be valuable by itself, I don't see that rather elegant type so often. You should check with Leica collectors.

Its very curious that its mounted on an SLR. I suspect there may be an M39-M42 adapter there.

In any case I don't think this setup with the reflex housing gives infinity on the SLR.

The lens looks shorter than the common 300mm f/5.6. Maybe a 150mm ?

Kilfitt tele lenses of this era were usually short mount lenses with an M39 screw for attaching to the Visoflex or the Kilfitt version of it. These had a very long back focus because if the great depth of the reflex housing. The lenses were sold with a range of M39-SLR mount adapters so they could be used on SLR's also. This was quite typical of long lenses in the 1950's-early 60's. Komura was the same.

Maybe what you have there is a kit with both the reflex housing and an M42 SLR adapter ?

From what I can see on ebay the Kilfitt 300/5.6 should go for $200-400 depending on condition and accessories.
The 150/3.5 I can't say. There was a recent sale for $52 -
