127 film advice need

I bought a Konica Baby Pearl which is takes 127 film and looks a fantastic historical piece. I would like to shoot with this camera, any hints , experience to buy or re-spool 127 film, empty spools etc.

I know that some guy use old spools and fresh films :

Efke still makes a 100 ASA BW film in 127. If you need anything else is possible to slit any 120 film although I never did it:

Do a search of 127 on macodirect.
There is still film sold as new there:

Efke is Croatian, Forte was Hungarian.
