I was wondering if there's a stand-alone or plug-in for PS, PS elements,
for matting and framing pics. I use PSE-5 and PSP-XI (not much anymore)
and am looking for more of a selection than what these 2 programs
offer.

I found Ulead Photoimpact 11 has many photo frame.
