Vivitar Auto Wide-Angle 1.9/35 in very nice condition!

This is a rare opportunity! This lens does not show up often in sales and I only sell it, because I'd like to buy something new.
(I really don't want to sell it, but a lot has to go...)
It is one of the fastest 35mm lenses you can find with an M42-mount!
Glass is - apart from some minor cleaning marks - clean, cosmetics are still nice, mechanically it is fully working.

This is the lens (on my "manual" 300D):

And here are some shots from today taken with this lens (on the 300D):

Wide open (f/1.9)

At f/2.8 (I guess)

Close up performance (also f/2.8, I guess)

A titmouse in a tree. (Either f/2.8 or f/4)
Here the 100% crop:

Remember that's from a 300D!

At f/2.8

At f/5.6

Another close up.

It even behaves well with twigs and branches in the bokeh.

Why do I sell this lens at all?

I sold this lens long time ago for about 130 EUR. Wink

Because you're insane and I'll buy it from you. Laughing

Thank you for the pictures, the sharpness wide open is spectular.
What is the minimum focus distance?

A little under 30cm.

That would be the normal price for this lens, but there are some cosmetic signs of use on the body and some cleaning marks as I have written in the description. Nothing that would influence the performance, but it reduces the price. And I always want to be fair.

Perhaps, but mainly because I also have a MIR-24 and I need to sell things. Otherwise I'll get in serious trouble. Wink
Remember? I only buy when I sell. Confused

Are you still interested?
Are you still here?

@LucisPictor:

Is this lens still available? I'd very interested buying it for some short film stuff, if you still have it.

The lens is still available. The first one who send me a definite buying confirmation will get it!
