Just won this off of Ebay for USD $7 + $9 shipping. Listed as EX+ condition I had to buy it. I'm guessing mid to late 1960's.
Anyone have one or try one. I don't expect much quality wise, but it would be nice to be suprised.

I've seen similar lenses under other brands, so I assume its another case where Yashica bought another makers lens.
I have several times been tempted to pick one up, out of curiosity.
Wherever it came from, this zoom with modest specifications was sold by Yashica for several years, I have seen them in many ads and catalogs for several Yashica SLR models. So Yashica seemed to like them. _________________ I like Pentax DSLR's, Exaktas, M42 bodies of all kinds, strange and cheap Japanese lenses, and am dabbling in medium format/Speed Graphic work. |
