I have two of these now, and one took a lot of work to clean and unstick
the shutter:




I used a saxophone pad for its kidskin as a temporary fix for the missing
leather.

A few samples:







Some of these are expired TriX, the rest are Arista Premium 400.

This particular Kodak Etkar is of Tessar design.

Nice shooting, and nice presentation of the camera.

Laughing a couple of months ago, the camera show I go to was very sparse... the guy next to me was complaining with me, only he had a Signet in his grubby little hands "I have to buy something!" which left me, what was it I bought that time? I don't even remember!

Ron and Jussi, thanks, it's a simple little durable camera, even after sitting in
someone's attic for 40 years. Both the ones I have were made in '51.

a few more, having close focus to 2 feet helps with portraits:



Arista Premium 400>800, Diafine 4.5+4.5, 24C

both pix are uncropped
