Greetings to all both old and new members. Its been a while since my last post.

I am hoping this year started out well for you all and I hope it will be swell year both personally .In the world of photography-I hope you find that elusive lens and that perfect shot.

Like most of you I have not given up on buying and trying new & old lenses. I have found some beauties and some that required some work on. The year has been a good one so far.

75mm f2

127mm f2.8

I don't have an image of the 8" f4 ,but I've mounted that on a hollowed out Vivitar variable teleconverter.

All the above lenses need to be shaved on a lathe, as I have not reached infinity . I am loving its uses so far and have found these lenses produce excellent images.

I am at the current time working on a Steinheil Munchen Culmigon 35mm f4.5. I found out that lens has identical parts (elements) as the Argus Cintagon 35mm f4.5. I have swapped the font element and in the process sprung loose the aperture blades (9 tiny blades) apart, I have been making futile attempts at putting it back together.

Attila,I do plan to contribute monetarily, I know you've moved servers or changed your provider. I believe in the resourcefulness of MFLenses and the comradeship that exists here.

Thank you Attila & Rino.
@Rino -The samples I have seen ,so far on the web of this lens look very nice. I will keep you posted with images once I get the aperture blades in.

@Newton- I was lucky enough to find mine cheaply, yes they seem to command a high price .
