The rendering and the especially colors are looking somewhat similar to my Minolta MD Macro Rokkor 4/100. I wonder if they are optically very similar if not identical.

EDIT: After some research in the web I can't any authentic diagrams but according to a German Forum and the MTF charts of the colorfoto magazine the Macro-Elmar 100/2.8 the Minolta 100/2.8 are also(?) optically 99%+ identical. Wow! The Rokkors are bargains against the Macro-Elmars Very Happy Like with Minolta/Sony 500/8 Mirror
