Hi folks - my first post.

Just bought a Prakticar Pentacon F4-5.6 70-210mm Zoom lens for a few English pounds on EBay. I am using it on a Sony 5N. I already had a Pentacon 50mm F1.8 which I love for flower close-ups (33 cm closest focus).

My question about the zoom is this: how do I access the 1:4.7 Macro setting? Sorry if this is an idiot question, but I'm a slow learner!

Hello welcome to the forum!

I don't have that lens so I have to take a guess that just focus as close as it goes, probably at 70mm but it could be 210mm.

1:4.7 isn't much of a macro magnification ration so it was a bit optimistic of them to write macro on it Smile
