What an amazing place! Thanks for sharing these. Not so keen on the lens though...it's too bulky in my opinion so I sold it!

Thanks guys.

I want to have at least one zoom lens for my NEX, yes it is indeed
bulky that is why I want a 16mm lens (pancake) so that GF1+20mm
(equ. 40mm FoV) and NEX+16mm (24mm FoV) combination works for me.
I normally do not change the lenses on a go, and safe to have two cams
on a trip like that. Also I'm getting older and foggier, so AF system with
face recognition feature suits my need. Yes, my grandsons are more
active now, following with manual focus lens is getting much more difficult.

I really like the street scenes and the landscapes...

I agree about the size of the lens though.. a tiny camera with a huge lens on the front seems hard to balance? I'd love to have one with a tiny lens like the Nikon E series 50mm pseudo pancake or the Minolta 45mm?

My Planar 1.4 would be nice but boy is it heavy, though my current favourite, the Yashica ML 50mm f1.4 is the heavyweight champion.. so what is the 'best' day to day MF lens for a NEX 3?

Not only nice pictures but very interesting to see places I've never been.
