I'm a big fan of the 135/3.5. I personally have used the 180 Contax version and its a fantastic lens, albeit a bit to heavy to take on multi day hiking trips. _________________ 500D / SPII / FTn / Contax D / 137MA / Contaflex

Hi Big
The 135/3.5 is a jewell.
It would put a 180 2.8 Sonnar design. CZJ both as ai Nikkor, which is the same optical formula.
Also would put a Leica

Still getting the bike but looking to replace the Vivitars with something a step better. I'll go from over 150 lenses to 8 or so. I have several good ones including the 18-55 kit lens, a 50-500 Bigma, a 50mm f/1.7 F Pentax and a Vivitar series 1 85mm f/1.4. Just looking to get quality and not quantity. _________________ Big Dawg |
