The Tessar is very smooth, but the Biotar was a CLA from the start but now it is beautiful to use.I love the mechanics of these Alu lenses....and the images they can produce.I will be taking it out for some "rose" shooting...

BTW I've found that the Alu finish ones are optically better than later zebra and starwars. I't may be just a matter of feeling .. who knows. |
