I'm enjoying a bit of spare time I have, so digging up older transparencies
and scanning them. I don't mind showing them in here of course, but be
aware that some are posssibly simply "okay" and others might be "better".
It's more to show the lovely scenery than to show any expertise.

In this case, I thought the rime ice on the edges added some interest
to the image. I'm not sure about keeping this one, but of course I will
put the transparency back into the sleeve; perhaps later in life I will
take a look again.

Rime Ice and Salal
Pentax 645
Pentax-A 120/4 Macro
Velvia 100
Very Light Unsharp Mask at 20/2/2
Slight crop from left side to "tighten" the image

I had the Yashica Mat loaded with Velvia, so I took it out of the
car and focused as close as it will go in the same general scene.
I didn't see any need to sharpen this, as the Yashinon lens holds
its own for sharpness.

Yashica Mat 124
1/125 and f:8
Velvia 100

Wonderful. Both great but maybe I like the Yashica image a tad better.

Thanks guys. Yeah, the Yashica Mat is the "old standby" when it comes
to color images. It just keeps on ticking...
