It is a Super-Ikonta clone, I have Super-Ikonta too, Moskva-5 paint same way images like my pre-war Super-Ikonta.

GREAT images, especially the first one. The lens and film
combination certainly pulled out the shadows, and it's very
fine to see the people in the bottom left corner. They add
a nice element to the overall scene.

Astia shows its mild tones in the second image, and those
tones give it a unique look.

What a beautiful city!

Larry

Thank you! Tony Ikonta Moskva like Fed-2 Leica only built quality is different. Most important thing if you willing to buy folder not the brand.
Propertly adjusted, verified stage is most important. I have Zeiss Ikon with Novar Anastigmat which is cheapest and good as than Super-Ikonta with Tessar. I had expensive Bessa II with Color-Heliar lens which is was worst than most of my folders , becuase wasn't properly adjusted, Cla'd

You tempt me to get a folder... Confused I love the 2nd image from the first two and the 3rd from the 2nd set.Can you take images from the other side of the river looking back to where these were taken? Is it safe to photograph in the inner city?

I found this when in Sydney the shadows of the Tall buildings and the strong backlight and that was with a DSLR...how you manage to do it with a folder... Cool

I don't shoot in this light situation no matter folder, dslr all images are pretty use less. If really need use DSLR + HDR technic with HDR you will had perfect exposition from shaded subjects and from sky too.
I am not using all type of camera for all type of shoots, every camera has place where they are best.

Attila, these additional images are so interesting, and VERY well shot.

I'm seeing that Astia tends toward the magenta, but of course if you
were printing, that could be easy to fix.

To repeat myself, the Astia shows a really nice "pastel" rendition of
colors.

Thank you Larry! This Astia is very old 11 yrs ago expired, I guess magenta cast is there about this reason and Epson also not so smart to scan it. I did watch it on light table and I didn't see much magenta cast there.

I love your images of the city. Yes, the magenta cast is very light, and
could be a property of the conversion to web. I see that same magenta
when I convert some of my images to the web site.
