This building is near where I work so I'm constantly tempted by it. It has some disturbing signs of modernization recently... I think Trump or somebody is going to turn it into condos or something.

Lucky you having a building with such character nearby to photograph.Shame on the modernization....I hope they keep it as near as possible to the original.
It will be interesting to compare before and after shots... Cool
