Good score! I've never been able to adapt any Prakticar lenses to my 5D though, something in the mounts always clatter the mirror Sad

It's easy to remove / unscrew perturbing parts. Similar as with Pentax bayonet.

Will makes some test soon, got few good lenses now C.Y Planar 85, Prakticar 80 1.8, Samyang 85 1.4, Canon 85 1.8, Panagor 90 2.8, Orestor 100 2.8 Nikkor 105 2.5 and i`m waiting for 85/1.2 fd conversion; will choose 2 favourite of them - one heavy and fast and one compact build and slower

got my favourite 50 and 35 so now time to choose perfect portrait lens and wide-angle soon

Appears I posted too soon! Looks like it's the adapter that's fouling the mirror...

Got lens&adaptor;not sure it will work at infinity becuse i can`t check it now because is too dark, but seems it`s very near to infinity. no problem with mirror etc because this adapter allow to move lens when attached but still very stable!lens is sharp from wo and have very little loCA, will post some pics as soon as will have time&weather will be nice. Btw the lens is so little!Unbelivable size

Great lens. This version has a closer focus capability than the m42 mount if I remember correctly.
Infinity will be of secondary importance with this lens I'm sure Wink

Thx:) Yes! It`s focus from 65cm!! it`s very impressive for a 80mm potrait lens and still so small SmileSmile
btw it`s 52mm filter size and 300g weight
