Hi everyone,

It is my first post here.. Very Happy

I am using Canon 5D mark 1 at the moment and bought a Olympus 28mm F2.8 MF lens few months ago.
I got a adapter ring from ebay but I reckon it is loose.
Anyone got any idea about where can I get a better adopter? Rolling Eyes

Thanks

Hi,

Welcome to the club and enjoy your stay ...

For the adapters, ask the forum member Calvin83, he seems to have some good sources for quality adapters ...

Cheers

I bought an adapter for Nikon F to EOS off eBay and mine was a bit loose also. If yours is at all like mine, you'll find narrow slots in the mount's bayonet lugs. So if your adapter has these slots, take a small screwdriver, insert it into the narrow slots, and pry them slightly wider. You might have to do this more than once to get the lens to snug down to your statisfaction.

I guess you have the same adaptor as me. Check this out: http://forum.mflenses.com/guide-on-adjusting-the-tightness-of-bayonet-type-adaptor-t37041.html.
