All at f 5,6 - 300 mm

Much better than I thought, just a bit of CA in the strong backlight.

I'll do more tests with 100 and 200mm macro. And I will upload photos of the lens.
Wink

Yes, it was interesting. I still have to make a black tube to keep him from stray light and make the hood. I think it will improve the contrast Wink

Here is a 100mm, and 300mm. I'm surprised the quality at 100mm.

Pretty good and even better considering it's an old zoom.

How easy was the conversion?

It is necessary to remove the whole original mount, with his mechanisms. To construct a piece of 8 or 9 cmts. of length, to relate the ring diaphragm with the control of this one, and to put the new mount, taking care that it has 3,5mm less. Wink

Not so easy, heh? But great result. I like contrast and looks somehow sharp and good colours too. Good old Canon Smile

Small problem I have, had decided to sell this lens before testing it.
This photo is a 200mm macro at f11.
