I've deiced to take the Zorki 4 for a walk.
Got this body some time ago as a bonus to the Jupiter 8 lens (sonnar design) - both for 12 Eur.

The film is Agfa APX 400 developed at home in Rollei RHS 1+7 for 9 1/2 min and scanned on Epson V500. The APX seems like nice film but tends to curl if you leave it on the table for some time. The pics are not critically sharp - all of them hand held and it was late afternoon - the sun was set already.

3rd picture is my favorite of the grouping. Have you been shooting b/w much?

Thank you Smile

mmelvis - Not much of b/w.. less than 10 rolls i guess - most of them on roll film. I still cannot decide the proper metering most of the time.
hexi - if you use a tripod it will be much better than those - Those were just for fun in poor light. There were some with the industar and the Jupiter 11 also on this roll but they were not that good. I like the sonnar look in this J8 Smile. Also those russian lenses are not the top quality - I have a Contax G1 and it makes much better and sharper pictures. What i like in this Zorki is that it has a better and bigger viewfinder and a real rangefinder - you can really see where the focus should be and not wonder if the AF has locked it properly.
