Tamron adaptall custom mount for Pentax ES

I received a nice Tamron SP 24-48mm f3.5-3.8.
It came with an adaptall mount for Pentax ES. I never saw one...

Here is this type of mount :

I find strange that I can't close the diaph more than f16.
Any hints on this adaptall to PES adapter ?

PS : It's OK. I studied this adapter and understood what was wrong. It was not fully screwed on the lens and, this way, the AE was not engaged. The aperture was in manual mode but stopped at f16.
It's alright now. I think It needs to be oiled a bit.
