Here is my set up.
Let me know who's the patient Very Happy

On the table should be the glass dish.
In front on the table should be the second tripod with the camera, a Cactus IV, triggered with a remote.
Let a few water drops hit the dish, hold a pencil in place, focus on pencil and let the show begin.

Cool. Looks like something from the hospital.

Mind me asking, what is the purpose of the robinet there?

It is from the hospital.
It's called perfusor.
With the robinet ( tap ) you fix the water drop speed.
